Hostetler Web provides custom web design and development services tailored to each client’s needs. Our services are initiated only after a project agreement is confirmed.
50% of the project price is collected before start of work with the remainder after work is completed, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients will receive an invoice with payment instructions upon project completion or milestone delivery.
The timeline for completing services varies based on the scope and complexity of the project. A delivery estimate will be provided at the time of project agreement. All deliverables will be submitted electronically via email or uploaded to the client’s hosting environment.
Clients may cancel their service order within 7 days of placing the order, provided that no work has started. To request a cancellation, please contact us at:

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a project has started or been completed. Clients are encouraged to communicate clearly and review all project terms before confirming service.
